The live shot-tracker I use every day on my current HBO show. Designed around the actual way a VFX editor works, not the way software vendors imagine we work.
A full production system, one I rely on, not a demo.
This is the piece I'm proudest of. It's the live shot-tracker I use every day on my current HBO show, designed around the actual way a VFX editor works, not the way software vendors imagine we work. It watches my EDL folder, ingests cut changes automatically, reads my email, confirms CO3 receipts, catches "zombie shots" that silently disappeared from a cut, and lets me ask it questions in plain English: "which shots are waiting on plates for episode 104?" It has a War Room view for the morning stand-up, a Producer view for the iPad, and an Insights page that surfaces things I'd otherwise miss.
Five surfaces on the same database, each tuned to a specific moment in the day.
A full-stack production system with AI, real-time dashboards, and automated pipeline tracking.
Available for editing, supervising, and tool-building consulting.
